Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.
Revelation 5:12
Our Lord is truly worthy of our praise and worship! Great things He has done!
What does worship mean?
“The English word worship comes from the Anglo-Saxon weorthscipe, which developed into worthship and finally worship. As can be seen from the word's derivation, worship is the act of giving honor to someone of worth. Thus, to worship God is to ascribe to Him the supreme worth that He alone is worthy to receive....worship is the work of the people directed toward God." (David Dockery)
My sister emailed these words last night..."I have been down on my knees in prayer, praise and worship tonight for the miracle we have seen with Garrett."
Our God is amazing! He is restoring Garrett! I love what Isaiah 58:8 says...
Your light shall break forth like the morning; your healing shalll spring forth speedily; your righteousness shall go before you; the glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.
HE is worthy, HIS promises are true! Through Him let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, acknowledging His name. (Hebrews 13:15)
